Val Marchiori

Last monday I was invited by Val Marchiori to visit her appartment... Wait, let me rephrase that! Last monday I was invited by Val Marchiori to visit her PALACE in São Paulo. Yes! A Palace! Val Marchiori is one of the wealthiest and most successful businesswoman in Brazil and her place is incredible.
The rooms are full of artworks, the most awesome coffee table books and designer furniture but I'm really impressed with Val Marchiori's love for fashion. She showed me her wardrobe and I can't describe it with words. I never saw so many dresses, shoes and bags in my life. She has everything one girl could wish, Chanel, Dior, Louboutin, YSL, Versace, Gucci, Hermès and much more. Believe me! I'm a guy and I was speechless!
I couldn't get out of there without taking a polaroid of Val.
We will hopefully see her attending the next fashion shows in Paris, Milan, London and NY.

Lauren Hutton

I did this polaroid of Lauren Hutton, last september, during the NY Fashion's Night Out at the Giorgio Armani Madison Avenue Store.
Lauren Hutton was so kind and lovely. I still can't believe I talked to her!

Lauren is a former Supermodel-turned-actress who played her looks into one of the major modeling careers of the 1970s and 80s.

Milestones:
-1960 Moved to New York; worked for a time as a Playboy bunny during the day only because of her age; left after a while because the city terrified her (dates approximate)
-1965 Returned to NYC; got a job as the house model at Christian Dior for $50 per week
-1966 Discovered by legendary "Vogue" magazine editor Diana Vreeland; appeared on the cover of "Vogue" several dozen times over the next several years; often photographed by the famous and influential Richard Avedon
-1968 Film acting debut, "Paper Lion"
