Who let the dog out?



There is a huge red dog standing at Avenue Montaigne. Whose dog is it? Who let it out there? Why?

    I love a random mystery, its like a guerilla artwork or something right? He reminds me of clifford the big red dog.

    those are from italian art group called Cracking Art, and the red rabbits as well
    so it is just basically a piece of public art
